Client Access for AS/400 -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We recently began installing Client Access 3.1.3 on our PC's.  There is a
client access icon that creates itself in Microsoft Excel.  In Excel we can
customize the tool bar to delete the icon, but when we shut down and
restart Excel the icon is back.  Does anyone know how to prevent this or
the file name associated with this icon so we could delete it permanately?
I would appreciate any suggestions. I would like to tell everyone Hi, since
I am new to this list today. I look forward to discussing numerous matters
in the future.
