I am attempting to restore a save file that is inside another save file.
When I do I get the following messages:

Primary group of object @DSEPF in QRPLOBJ type *FILE changed.
Owner and primary group cannot be the same.
Function check. CPF220C unmonitored by QDFRSTDF at statement *N,
    instruction X'00AA'.

However, I can restore it on another AS/400 without any problem. Both
machines are at V4R2. The owner of the object is QSECOFR.

Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this?
