Udate Processing

I have a customer that is trying to do Udate processing on their
machine.  They are a small shop, still using S/36 (which I am not
familiar with).  They are on V3R2, and are trying to get the 4 digit
year, but always comes up with 2 digit year.

Is the 4 digit option only available in the 400 version of RPG.
