You need to know what type of protocol will be passed on the network to the AS400. It is possible to SNA over FR using a FRAD (I have used Vanguard MP Routers for this), or if they are doing an entirely IP solution, you can forego the FRAD and use a DSU/CSU and a router such as CISCO. In either case, it is not rocket science. A little more info here would be useful.
