Enhanced Client Access V3R1M3

Hi,

I'm am having two small problems with V3R1M3.

1) When I go to Network Neighborhood and browse my 400 I only see
printers I do not see my shared folders. In APAR II09493 mentions
policies being a possible problem so I reloaded Client Access and I
still do not see my folders.

2) In Operations Navigator the Authorization List option under system
policies gives a communication error message with a return code of
0x4106. I am running Win95 OSR2, OS400 V3R7 at cum C8069370, Client
Access service pack sf48155. Every thing else works in Operations
Navigator. 

If anybody has any suggestions I would be grateful especially about the
shared folders. I am still trying to get used to the Operations
Navigator.
