Don't do it.

1.  All the qualifiers (field, file, record format) will need to be 
changed from file.library to library/file
2.  There are differences in the default values of the native versions of 
some commands: SBMJOB comes immediately to mind...
3.  RPG/38 is not very different from RPG/400: that should compile "as-is" 
but watch for embedded CL commands!

Carefully read the manuals on converting from /38 to native mode before 
you change anything; especially CL programs!
