Jerome,

  If the third party app uses LMS then it will be completely up to that
vendor.  Some applications (JBA for example) will count one user for
EVERY SESSION no matter what the connectivity - multi-session green
screen, CA or Rumba sessions, or passthru from other systems. This can
get expensive!  

  I think you will need to check the third party app documentation or
contact their sales department.
