        What's your OS/400 level?  Tcp/ip printing is supposed to be 
     available for V4R2 and there are PTFs to enable it for for V4R1 and 
     V3R7. Check Info APAR II10918.

Finally got around to installing Client Access V3R1M3 - wasn't this version 
supposed to have TCP/IP print emulation?  The "Welcome Wizard" says IBM is still
working on it.
