SFLNXTCHG goes in the DDS and when the subfile records are written they are 
marked as changed. 

If you are only looking to read records that are changed after they are written 
(by user) then use READC for the subfile record (this goes in RPG) and this 
will only get the changed records, ones marked by SFLNXTCHG or user changed.
