Hi Jay,

  This same problem surfaced on our V3R2 model 200 machine recently. 
IBM support says that
a PTF will be issued in 2 weeks or less.

  Meanwhile, you can temporarily activate problem logs by setting *KEEP
instead of 30 days
on the CHGCLNUP command.

  Be aware that if the logs get too large before the PTF arrives you may
need to occasionally
set the parameters to 30 again to get rid of the logs, overnite, then
set back to *keep.
