The best way I've found to eliminate batch jobs from executing in an
Interactive job queue without getting into a security maintenance mess is to
change the routing entry program for QINTER so it checks the job type using
RTVJOBA. If the type is batch then display a message and end their batch job.
This will eliminate anyone including QSECOFR from submitting jobs to an
Interactive queue.

Recently users have discovered that they can move their batch jobs to
QINTER. This really degrades performance on an F35. What is the best way
to keep users from moving their jobs to QINTER yet still allowing them to
move jobs to other jobqs. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
