Don't know about your shop but most of our new code is C. Have you tried to
hire an AS/400 C programmer recently? My point is not that there isn't a
(huge) market for RPG programmers, but that trying to convince college
level programmers that there's a future in legacy RPG code is a losing
battle. Let's teach the young dogs the new tricks and maybe something will
rub off on the old hounds.
