News400, MC and the IBM web site have information on this looooong challenge.
Watch words are CAUTION  and
Use a second system is the best  answer plus some help
 through tools that  provide testing support such as:

- date agers [ these vary in  function]
- date  comparators [report  & files]
        ( save the eyes foundation)
- date simulation services

If you  can't  locate let  me know
