I agree with everything that Dean says here. Make it a periodic task (just like
subscribing to a magazine) to contribute to the list. To contribute:

Make checks payable to David Gibbs and send to

Even if everyone would make small contributions, it would better than
nothing. The key here is that EVERYONE participates.
