Ooh! Intriguing idea. Are you using the same validation program for
multiple commands?

Anyway, there are job log APIs that let you retrieve any message. Depending
on your job's settings, the commands will be logged, and you should be able
to retrieve the most recent. Just an idea. Haven't tried it myself.
