Um, sorry to say but, an Invoice is out of the question.  MIDRANGE.COM
doesn't exist as a corporate entity and, as such (and on the advise of my
tax advisor), any contributions to help defray costs must be treated as
GIFTS to me.  Invoices imply that I'm a business and probably require
taxes, special filings, etc, etc, etc.

In fact, I *FAR PREFER* that contributions be made via personal check.

One thing that might be an option that's easier... I can always use some
more hardware.  If you want to purchase a piece of hardware and ship it to
me, that would be fine.  Again, it's a GIFT... but you have my word as a
programmer (I swear on my debugging template & a stack of "I" spec forms)
that everything will be used in relation to the system.

p.s. Here's a short list of hardware I could use... SCSI tape backup, UPS,
P100+ mother board, memory (for the new m/b, when I get it), etc.  No need
for the equipment to be brand-spankin'-new... if you have something that
works, and is about to be retired, feel free to send it my way.
