If you can't CRTCMOD then I suspect that you don't have the "C" licensed
program product installed.

Has anyone got V420 and Perl running together I have got the files onto the
system but I cant create the CRTPERLMOD CL program. There is no crtcmod
object for V420 when I compile it tells me they are all back level.
