Yes. Beware RPG's slipperly slopes with its read that doesn't turn on EOF
until after EOF occurs!
In some other languages, reading a file's last record fetches last record
data _and_ sets the EOF condition.

The manual also offers up the pretty awful
C                   DOW       '1'
C                   READ       TK#L
C                   ...
C                   IF                $EOF( K25 )
C                   LEAVE
C                   ENDIF
C                   ENDDO


Sure would be nice to simply code

while not %eof( FileName )
     ....
    next FormatName      (where when next enounters the last record the EOF
file condition is also set.
end
