RE: Operations Navigator -- MIDRANGE-L

Just rewrite the WRKSPLF or WRKOUTQ command using APIs.  Then you can do
autorefresh yourself...hehe...  I basically rewrote these commands with
my PRTRNG tool.  They weren't easy, but they were fun.
