I have to assume a couple of things:

1. You have an ethernet adapter ??

2. You have loaded the Network Station Manager for AS/400 software.....

3. You have downloaded ALL the current PTF's for above software..

3B.You have decided "which" browser to use....

4. You have a copy of the manual,IBM Network Station Manager for As/400
SC41-0632-?? which tells you in great detail how to set this device
   up......

5. You have run the command STRNSSA which will "walk" you through the
   setup process.....

6. If you are trying to use WRKHTTPCFG you are doing a manual install
which requires a fair amount of knowledge about TCP/IP which requires
   a few "more" manuals....

7. I have been down this road recently, and it is VERY bumpy......

By the way... what are you trying to use this device for ?????

Access the web ????
Emulation ???
Access to a pc server ????

Each of the above requires special consideration.....

I hope your network station has at least 16mg of memory.....
If NOT you can't run the Network Station Manager which does a lot
of the setup.....
