So ok, the MOUBTN keyword works, but its slow. In trying to figure it out I stumbled across the DDS keywords PSHBTNFLD and PSHBTNCHC. They work, and work really well, imho, excepting one wee peculiarity. (btw, whoever was looking for some coding last week relating to menus - this may be a solution that appeals too you.) I ended up with two questions: 1) How do I handle error messages in a CL program and display window? (I thought I knew but I've missed something.) 2) How do I get the correct letter underlined in the display? I typed ">Exit" expecting the "E" on the pushbutton to be underlined and it is with one client, but the space before is underlined with another client. (to see the actual code and a screen shot with the underline in the wrong place: http://www.spy.net/~booth/pushbtn.htm ) -- ----------------------------------------------------------- boothm@ibm.net ----------------------------------------------------------- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
