Rich - The most complete reference that I know of is the IBM manual SYSTEMS NETWORK ARCHITECTURE - SESSIONS BETWEEN LOGICAL UNITS, pub #GC20-1868-2. Part 2 Chapter 1 deals with SNA CS controls & is about 27 pages long. It may be out of print (my copy is pretty old), but there are several 'out of print' manuals available on either CD's or the web. If it is out of print and not on the web (www.as400service.ibm.com has links to all the available manuals), e-mail me directly and I'll fax to you. There are other portions dealing with printer output in various LU types (1,2,3,4, and 6). What exactly are you trying to accomplish? (p.s. This is a one-time, one person offer. I will not fax to everyone that might want a copy.) Laura Ausel - Keane, Inc., Service Partner "Do something. There are only two pages in the OS/400 printer Device Programming manual devoted to the subject, and they just give 'a few examples' of SCS control codes, and my internet search turned up essentially zilch. Many thanks in advance.
