Ultimedia looks intriguing. but it seems to be a way for a user to work on various binary objects on a PC (audio, video, graphics, etc.) and then store them on a 400, for later access. Our company is using FileNet for imaging, with some VB front ends to the FileNet server. Our relevant tables include a field that points to that server. We are T1-connected to a repository of lots of the public documents pertaining to real estate transactions. That's not anything I've worked with, but the man in charge came in with a decidedly anti-IBM bias. Of course, I don't see IBM doing anything, really, to disavow this guy of his opinion where imaging is concerned.
