Hi Jim,
Very easy!
1) Count the columns on the Excel file.
2) Create a DDS spec for a physical file that has the same number of fields.
Compile the file (CRTPF)
3) Use Client Access (if you got it?) and do the "Transfer data from AS400 to
PC".
4) Sit back and enjoy the results.
5) Go home it's Friday and have a cold one!
