        Well, I heard a rumor that the issue early on, was that the facilities 
people did to good a job. Our Copy Center Vendor delivered everything, 
then the facilities people came by and cleanup up the rooms, tossing all the 
"garbage" .

        Oh Well, maybe a web based distribution program ???
