Post C7343370 writers don't start -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Has anyone had this problem?  I recently put on cum package C7343370 and now 
after an IPL none of the print writers are started.  Subsystem QSPL is being 
started in our startup pgm, the log verifies this and system value QSTRPRTWTR 
is = 1.  Once the IPL has completed the writers can be started manually.  
Thanks for any help.
