This doesn't answer your question but this is how I do it since I don't print the cover page. I print the query criteria on each page on the footer by doing an OVRPRTF but the downfall is that you only have 30 characters in the PRTTXT field and that may not be enough. You have to shorten words quite a lot. You then have to move the query name to the title instead of having it in the footer.
