If you remove that from your windows, you get the blue lines. The *DSPATR parameter is honored, so you can get RI, HI, etc. I assume that *COLOR would be honored—blue is the default. So, do get the effect, use defaults when creating windows. Most especially, do not use the *CHAR parameter.
