I've not seen it with CA but have with Eudora, when I select a link to a Web page and it activates Netscape. Seems like a M$ bug to me. In my case, Netscape starts, but Eudora is at the top of the Z-order but not the active window (look at the title bar). Alt-Tab does not get me to Netscape, either. I have to make Eudora active, then Alt-Tab works.
