Create a TXT member in one of your libraries. The TXT member shld have all the
FTP commands you are going to process. For example, if I want to send a file
QGPL/QEXAMPLE to c:\ on my PC I will do the following in my TXT member.

cd \
put qgpl/qexample
quit

Now write a small CL program

PGM
OVRDBF FILE(INPUT) TOFILE(your TXT member)
STRTCPFTP RMTSYS(remote system name)
ENDPGM

Now run this CL program in batch. This should work. Note that you have to
OVRDBF the TXT member to a file called INPUT. Similarly you can recv a file
from PC. The syntax would be

get c:\example.txt qgpl/qexample
quit

Hope this helps.
