It uses the standard date window, I'm sure.  

To convert your date, first use TEST(d) on your date (numeric type)
field with type *MDY or *YMD (depending how you have your date stored).
If it tests ok, move it into a *MDY or *YMD format date type field, then
into the *USA type.  The century will be converted for you.
