With the additional information that she's looking to get the information from the system she's on, then it is possible (though I would still use the manual myself). If optional library QSYSINC is installed, then in the QSYSINC/H source file are C includes which list all available *PGM APIs that are found in the System API Reference (plus a few that are not in the manual). One member (QLIEPTI) gives the offset of the APIs into the System Entry Point Table (IBM allows C developers to use the Entry Point Table directly via member QLIEPT); the other (QUSEPT) provides very basic information on the paramters for the APIs (actually the C function prototype). For *SRVPGM functions, she could display the *SRVPGMs found in *BNDDIR QSYS/QUSAPIBD and then examine the procedure exports from each of the *SRVPGMs. This would identify what ILE function APIs are available on the system.
