Dave,

As for the V3R2 PTF, that's easy. All you have to do is buy RISC hardware
and apply the really big PTF called V4R2 and you'll be all set. :-)

Not if you prefix it using the PREFIX keyword in the externally described
DS.
Listen, there are many uses for this technique.  Again,  we all will not be
hollering for it if it can be done the old fashioned way.  Now are the V3R2
people going to get it with a PTF?  Thas is the question...
