AFAIK, all the V3 machines need a manual reset. I've placed ours into a job schedule entry. Our procedure is to single thread the jobq queue, let our usual jobs submit from the job schedule, then at priority 9 submit the change of system value. This way our timed submits don't go wacko by having the system clock jump ahead an hour. Going back an hour doesn't present a problem, once a job is submitted, it's next schedule date/time has been set and it doesn't submit twice.
