How true.  For those fortunate to exist in a cleaner world 8 mm capacity may be
"a good thing".

I must live in a dirty world, but have you ever been to a concrete batch plant?
When the morning fog rolls in and starts to crystallize the dust in the tape
drive ...  it's not a pretty sight.  Clean the drive every week? I'm not
confident that the people on site change their clothes that often! ;-)
