ERROR DESCRIPTION:
When the QRMTSIGN sysval is set to an user program on a R410
machine, random a STRPASTHR to that machine is refused due
to MSGMCH6801 F/user pgm T/user pgm. The MCH6801 states :
Object domain or hardware storage protection violation.
The object PAQRMTSP can not be accessed.
The MSG6801 is logged in the QPASVRS joblog.
A CPF8938 - Error in QRMTSIGN program. Pass-through failed
Reason Code 20 - is logged in the QPASVRP joblog.
The STRPASTHR command fails on the source system with a
CPF8935 - Pass-through not allowed. The target system is not
accepting to STRPASTHR.
LOCAL FIX:
none
PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Changing the QRMTSIGN system value to call a user program causes
message MCH6801 to be posted in the passthru server job log
(QPASVRS). The message refers to object PAQRMTSP.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The temporary space PAQRMTSP was being incorrectly created by
program QPADEVR. This has been fixed.
