Al,

Your statement is undeniable but Neanderthal. One of the nuances of changing 
societal sensibilities is that a certain critical mass of belief that change is 
occurring is necessary in order to make it possible for that change to occur. 
It's counterproductive to be on the trailing edge of this one.
