As I said in my response to Marks question, these settings are totally
disregarded by IBM software. Even with all these settings set to *NO (BTW The
crtpf only allows you to set the alwupd(*NO) alwdlt(*NO) flags, I had to write
a ILE/C program to set the other flags) SEU and DFU will happily write, read,
update and delete records from these files. There other flags in the object
template that IBM software actually looks at, but are not shown by any customer
DSPxxx cmd. If these flags are set correctly, then the file will be protected -
even from (some of the) IBM software
