Thanks again.  Also, IBM has _got_ to understand this is the kind of
thing that _really_ torques off customers like me.  I've been an IBM
customer since 1975.  I know what the local support used to be and what
it is now.  And I understand the business reasons for it.  IBM has _got_
to understand that their "supportline" or whatever they call their
method of support must be exemplary.

IMHO.
