I've worked in software houses for years and one thing was always true. When a prospective customer called, horns honked, bells clanged, and we dropped whatever we were doing and kissed whatever butts were presented. I'm afraid their amazing lack of enthusiasm for customer inquiries doesn't bode well for the future. If I had any SSA stock (thank goodness I don't) I'd be looking to dump it.
