AS/400 Forms Overlay Printing -- MIDRANGE-L

I wonder if anyone is doing forms overlay printing for invoicing, for example, 
using their AS/400 and PC attached laser printers.  What products do you use 
and how did you get started?  We are looking for an inexpensive solution that 
would allow us change forms designs as necessary.
