I would suggest using a Web hosting company to do this. They will assign you some space on their server, then it is up to them to provide security to THEMSELVES. If a hacker crashes their server, it is their server, not your business. You just need an Internet connection to be able to upload your changes to your page. I have used Icom in the past (http://www.icom.com) and they seem to be pretty good. They have a package right now for 10MB for $8.25 a month, paid yearly. Can't go too wrong for that! They do charge $75 to set up your site, but that is still cheaper than getting the phone company to install a phone line to dial in to.
