The run DSPOBJD *ALL/*ALL *USRPRF OUTPUT(*OUTFILE). You then need to read that output file in a CL program, and run DSPUSRPRF for each user profile, specifying TYPE(*BASIC) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTMBR(*FIRST *ADD). When you're done, this file will have all of the information you are looking for all users on the system. You could process it in a variety of fashions. OPNQRYF would be useful is getting a count by group profile. Hope this helps.
