Use F16 in PDM to create a PDM option, called something like 'CO' (or
whatever you can remember easily later).  The command is CHGOBJOWN
OBJ(&L/&N) OBJTYPE(&T) NEWOWN(fill in the new owner). 

(Note that, before adding your own custom PDM options, you may want to
create your own PDM option file and override to it in F18 of PDM.  That
way, you won't have any conflicts with any other programmers working on the
same machine.)  

Then use PDM to group your objects in a subset. Put 'CO' (or xx or whatever
you called it) as on option on the first object.  F13 copies it to the rest
of the items on the list, hit enter, and voila! all object's owners
changed.

I think there is also a TAATOOL that will let you change all objects owned
by a particular owner to another owner.
