SCNSRC

I tried to do a scnsrc over qrpglesrc - no luck.  It does not seen to
recognize the lowercase letters.  I see there is a translate source to
upper case which I also tried to use.  I did every possible combination. 
The argument in lowercase/uppercase and this parm to *yes/*no.  Always
coming up with no source found.  Is there a way to use scnsrc with
qrpglesrc, or is there some other way to do this now.  I know of the
dsppgmref command but that is not very convenient having to rebuild the
outfile, change the query for any different arguments etc.  Any feed back
is appreciated.
