We have an application that updates files from a PC to shared folders
that was not functioning properly. At first we could not completely
access the files within the folder, but that problem was resolved by
changing the password (on the AS400) for the user id involved. Now we
can update the files, but when a file is copied from the PC to shared
folders the time displayed on the copied file is 3 hours less than
that of the source file. This 3 hour difference is consistent with
every copy.

If a copy is done from another PC, the difference is consistently 2
hours.

The PC getting a three hour difference is using Netsoft version 3.1 to
connect to the AS400. The PC getting a two hour difference is using
Netsoft version 2.2 . Both are Windows 95. The AS400 is a 620
running v4r1.

Any ideas what is going on?

Gord
