I am not sure MRGSRC is the right way to do this (but again I learn new things
like this everyday !).  /COPY is a better way.   For example you set up a source
member with the H specs and call it hspec.  Then you can do  the following as 
the
first statement in your source./COPY QRPGLESRC,HSPEC

I put in these new options  plus the COPYRIGHT keyword in that member HSPEC.
