Todd,

This is a CISC to RISC upgrade. There's a lot more to it than just installing 
an operating system. Your hardware vendor should be supplying you with some 
assistance in this regard. Search for file QBJAW702.PDF in the IBM web site. 
This will give you a much better idea of what is involved.
