A validity checking program attached to the RUNQRY command is an option.  The
deep recesses of my memory suggest that a similar program was in one of the
midrange magazines several years ago (maybe NEWS/400) or I have some code I 
could
send you.  I have never heard of a way to restrict the F5 in the WRKQRY command.
