Sannan,
        I think I just stumbled upon my problem.  It appears that I needed to
take off one of the test PTF's (SF38640) before installing the new one
(SF45145).  :-(  Now I have to delete the superseedes and delete the
test PTF's before I can get the functionality of print ranges.  Hmmm, I
didn't think this would be such a big issue when I downloaded the fixes!
